The hotel staff seemed preoccupied with other matters, and the rooms were small and had an unpleasant smell. Despite being expensive, even coffee had to be purchased separately. The location was convenient for accessing different parts of the city and was near the beach, but the dining experience was below average compared to similar hotels.
I found the hotel's location fantastic, just two short blocks from the beach and surrounded by shopping and restaurants. The rooms, however, felt much too cramped for the number of people the hotel accommodates. The service, especially when it came to transportation and dining recommendations, was very friendly and attentive.
